Well, what a year it has been !
Although the pandemic caused numerous unforeseen problems for many companies, I am pleased to report that rent Wirral continued supporting our landlords and tenants throughout the Government lockdown and difficult COVID 19 period. Despite the difficulties we all faced rent Wirral was able to adapt instantly and maintained a high level of productivity from the start within the restraints imposed. We were able to deal with the vast majority repair issues thanks to the support from our trusted contractors, continue to process rent payments from our fabulous tenants and deal with a great deal of other matters on behalf of our patient and understanding Landlords. Overall, it was a difficult experience but one in which we felt we all came together for the common good. AS we move further into 2021, we have made more improvements with new branding and website. Applications for vacant properties are at an all-time high, we are combatting this by offering video viewings on all of our properties as and when they become available.
Rent Wirral continues to move forward to provide the highest level of service to all our landlords and tenants and we wish you all well as we move on out of the pandemic.
